GWS Contractors, a family-owned and run business, was founded in 1977 by Gary W. Schurig,. Our experience has been fulfilling the contracting needs of our commercial and residential clients for several decades. It began as a general contracting company, including building churches, synagogues, strip malls, and residential homes. Our experience in general construction and structural support was vital in our early days of environmental clean-up.

Since 1992, Bridget and Eric Davis turned our focus to the environment, enabling the company to provide unparalleled expertise in handling pollutant clean-up needs. Our experience in environmental remediation, structural support, and general construction provided us the advantage of performing complete environmental work from tank removals to pollutant clean-up and, finally, complete restoration of the property.
